When is the 2013 Health Privacy Summit? |

This year the Summit is happening over two days. The Summit will begin on June 5th, 2013 at 8:00am EST. Day one will end at approximately 5pm. Day two, June 6th, 2013 will be a half day, ending at approximately 2:30pm.
Times are subject to change until the agenda is finalized. |

Registration buttons are in the top right and bottom right corners of every page on the website. If you have already registered and would like to change registration or select sessions, please click "Already Registered" in the top right and follow the instructions there.

Please visit the Directions Page to see directions to the main portion of the Summit, as well as lunches and other sessions that might not be at the Summit location.

When the agenda becomes more refined there will be a few simultaneous sessions. You can register for the Summit now, and we will notify you when you can update your session registration. |

How do I register for specific sessions? |

When sessions are open for registration, you will use your information and registration code to update which sessions you would like to attend.

How do I register if I am a journalist or a reporter? |

Everyone uses the same registration process. There is a question in the registration process that asks what field you are in. Please select "Media." If you have additional questions or would like to request time for an interview with Summit organizers or specific speakers, please send your request to info@healthprivacysummit.org and we will get back to you. |

Can I invite others to the Summit? |

Yes. We encourage you share the Summit with anyone you think would be interested in attending. Please use this Invitation to send to friends, family, coworkers or others you'd like to invite.
If you know for certain someone will be attending with you, you can register up to 5 guests to attend with you as you register. You will need their name and email to register them as you register.

Yes. If you are unable to attend the Summit, there will be a webcast you can register for. There is a possibility not all sessions will be available via the live webcast. |
